How we operate
Australia’s South West is governed by a board of Directors who have been appointed for their professional experience and expertise spanning a range of professions and industries.
The Board of Directors comprises an independent chairperson, four elected industry representatives and four skills based positions.
Board members normally serve a term of two years and positions are voted on by individual sub-regional members and the skills based positions by the board directors. Nominations are called in August each year for positions on the board.

If you own a tourism business or tourism service within the Australia’s South West region, you are eligible to become a member.
OUR Member code of ethics
Australia’s South West represents a membership base of more than 200 tourism operators including accommodation and entertainment venues, attractions, transport providers, tour and cruise operators, art galleries, restaurants and more across the region.
Any entity that owns a tourism business or a tourism service, in line with our Code of Ethics is eligible to become a member.
