QantasLink has officially landed in Busselton!

Australia’s South West Welcomes New QantasLink Service Connecting Perth to Busselton-Margaret River

Some of the key highlights:

  • Perth to Busselton-Margaret River route will operate three times a week 
  • More than 30,000 seats are available on the service per year, unlocking a new gateway to premium culinary experiences, adventure and wellness
  • These flights offer seamless connections to the East Coast via Perth

Australia’s South West is delighted to celebrate the launch of QantasLink’s direct flight between Perth and Busselton-Margaret River, enhancing access to a region that is abundant in nature, ancient culture, indulgence, adventure, exceptional produce and simple joys.

The inaugural flight today, Friday 27 June, marks the beginning of a service designed to make exploring the South West easier and more efficient for travellers.

With more than 30,000 seats available annually, the new route is set to boost visitation and broaden the South West’s appeal to a wider range of travellers. It also significantly improves regional connectivity, with easier access to the Margaret River Region and beyond via seamless connections through Perth Airport.

Operating three times a week, these 45-minute flights aboard a QantasLink F100 aircraft eliminate up to three hours of driving time. This gives visitors more valuable time to immerse themselves in the region’s stunning natural beauty, rich cultural attractions, and diverse range of experiences.

Representatives of Australia’s South West were at the Busselton-Margaret River Arrivals Terminal ready to greet the very first passengers.
